1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vaylo Proxies ("the Service") at vayloproxies.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service. By using Vaylo Proxies you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our proxies only for lawful purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Any illegal activity under applicable local, national, or international law
• Spamming, phishing, or sending unsolicited communications
• DDoS attacks or any form of network disruption
• Credential stuffing, brute force attacks, or unauthorised access to systems
• Scraping content in violation of a website's terms of service where explicitly prohibited
• Distribution of malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Any activity that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Child exploitation or any content involving minors

4. Payments & Billing

• All payments are processed securely via Stripe in GBP (£)
• Bandwidth is sold on a pay-as-you-go basis with no subscription or expiry
• Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable
• All sales are final — we do not offer refunds for purchased bandwidth that has been consumed
• Refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases of proven technical failure on our part

5. Service Availability

We aim to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated where possible. We are not liable for losses caused by service downtime beyond our reasonable control.

6. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must not share your account or proxy credentials with unauthorised third parties
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account
• You must notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised use of your account

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service. In cases of serious or illegal misuse, we may report activity to relevant authorities.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Unused bandwidth balance is non-refundable upon voluntary account closure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vaylo Proxies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
