Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about Vaylo Proxies.

What is Vaylo Proxies?
Vaylo Proxies is a premium residential proxy provider. We offer fast, ethically-sourced IPs across 195+ countries, with both Basic and Premium proxy pools available. Our proxies are ideal for web scraping, SEO monitoring, ad verification, e-commerce automation, and more.
What's the difference between Basic and Premium proxies?
Basic (£0.75/GB) gives you access to our standard residential pool — great for general scraping and automation tasks.

Premium (£1.50/GB) gives you access to our high-quality residential and ISP proxy pool with cleaner IPs, better success rates on protected targets, and city-level targeting.
What countries are supported?
We support 195+ countries globally including all 27 EU member states, the United States, United Kingdom, and more. You can also use our EU Pool option which mixes IPs from multiple European countries automatically. See the Proxy Generator for the full country list.
How does billing work?
You purchase bandwidth in advance — choose the amount you need (from 1 GB up to 500 GB) and pay once. There are no monthly subscriptions or contracts. Bandwidth does not expire, so you use it at your own pace. When you need more, simply top up through your dashboard.
What payment methods do you accept?
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Cryptocurrency payments are not currently supported.
Do you offer refunds?
If you experience a technical issue on our end that prevents you from using the service, please reach out via Discord or email and we will investigate and issue a refund or credit if appropriate. Bandwidth that has already been consumed is non-refundable.
What protocols are supported?
We support HTTP, HTTPS, and SOCKS5 protocols. The default port for rotating proxies is 8080 and for sticky sessions is 8081. All protocols work with the same credentials.
What's the difference between Rotating and Sticky sessions?
Rotating — your IP changes on every new request. Best for large-scale scraping where you need to avoid detection and rate limiting.

Sticky — your IP stays the same for the duration of a session (up to 30 minutes). Best for tasks that require maintaining a login, shopping cart, or multi-step process.
